EXPEDITION RORAIMA / CANAIMA / DELTA 13 DAYS / 12 NIGHTS
Day 1 Puerto Ordaz Airport / Kama-Meru Kaki
Arrival at Puerto Ordaz Airport. Assistance and departure to Kama-Meru taking the way to Gran Sabana by car 4x4, along the way we will visit few villages as Upata, Guasipati there you will have lunch, El Callao, Tumeremo, Las Claritas, Piedra de la Virgen until Kama – Meru or Kawi, there we will have dinner and overnight.
Day 2 Kamoiran / Paraituy / Tek river
Breakfast. Heading to Paraitepuy. Preparation of equipments and distribution of the food, there we will select the Indian Guide that will guide us during the expedition. Walk for about 4 to 5 hours heading to Tek River, lunch served on the way. Dinner and Camping at Tek River with our camping equipments.
Day 3 Tek River / The Base
Breakfast. 6 hours walk, we will cross the Tek River and Kukenan to reach at the Tepuy of Roraima. Lunch, dinner and overnight at the Tepuyes of Roraima.
Day 4 The Base / Camping Site The Hotel
Breakfast. 4 hours walk between rocks and through a clouded jungle until we reach the top of the Roraima or better known as the Legendary Lost World, There you will observe the exotic Flora and Fauna. Camping will be at the camping site The Hotel. Lunch is served there, after a rest and then take a walk to have a look at the surroundings. Dinner and Camping.
Day 5 The Tepuyes Exploring
Breakfast. We will take a walk to the Tepuys, visit The Cristal Valleys, El Laberinto, Pozo Encantado, The Northern Valley. Back to the camp. Lunch, Dinner and Overnight.
Day 6 Back to Tek River
Breakfast. 6 hours walk back to River Tek . Lunch on the way to Tek River. Take a bath and put up camps for the night. Dinner.
Day 7 Tek River / Camp in Santa Elena de Uairen.
Breakfast. Pick up the camping equipments and back to Paraitepuy. Lunch on arrival in Santa Elena de Uairen. Dinner and overnight.
Day 8 Santa Elena de Uairen / Canaima
After Breakfast we will be visiting the border of Venezuela-Brazil, we will take a walk in the little town of Pacaraima (in Brazil), Yellow Fever Vaccine is required. 10:30 Flight to Canaima.. After lunch we will visit Salto el Sapo, Lagoon of Canaima until La Orquidea Island, dinner and overnight in Hammocks.
Day 9 Cañon Ahonda / Lagoon of Canaima
Breakfast. Jungle walk along the Ahonda River. During the walk we will be seeing different water falls. Back to the camp at the end of the afternoon, Dinner and overnight.
Day 10 Canaima / Ciudad Bolívar / Delta
Breakfast. Transfer to Airport. Over flight to the Angel and to the Devil´s Cañon (over flight depends on the climate). You can take pictures from the plane and then back to Ciudad Bolivar arrival around 12:00 pm. Transfer to Boca de Uracoa.by car (3 hours drive) boats will be along the river to take boat to our The Orinoco Delta Lodge (base Camp).
Lunch. Spectacular sunset in the Orinoco Delta River. Dinner. After dinner you can enjoy a drink at our bar along the river. Lodging in cabins with beds and private bathroom.
As follows 2 options. Please advise which one you would like to take.
Option 1 Orinoco Delta River
Day 11 Breakfast. All excursions will be around our base camp (Orinoco Delta Lodge). This includes visiting the Indians and taking a glimpse of their way of living and a jungle walk with experienced guides to venture into this mysterious world of the Warao Indians. Lunch. A little rest after lunch. Piranhas fishing. A boat trip to observe the fauna and flora of the area. night trip in a canoe with spotlights to blend in the delta darkness (optional). Dinner and lodging at base camp.
Day 12 Breakfast. Visit to the school for the Warao kids , sponsored by the Orinoco Delta Lodge. Canoe ride. Lunch and back to Boca de Uracoa or Tucupita. En of service.
Option 2 Simoina Camp
Day 11 On this excursion you will spend the first and the last night in our base camp (Orinoco Delta Lodge), the night in between in our rustic camp Simoina. (approx. 2½ hours from the lodge). Deep in the jungle sleeping in hammocks with mosquito net.
After breakfast we will be heading to Simoina Camp. You will be joined by experts guides local and native Indians to guide you through the many small channels of the delta. At night you have the opportunity to navigate the river looking for snakes and crocodiles with powerful spot lights. Lunch. Dinner. And Lodging at Simoina camp.
Day 12 After breakfast we will cross the jungle in a canoe through a 1-2m wide canal which was dug out by the Indians about 80 years ago to access some rich fishing and hunting grounds. Jungle walk. For those who like fishing can catch Tarpon. Lunch. After lunch you will visit the end of the Orinoco River where it collides with the Atlantic Ocean and finally back to the base camp. Dinner and lodging at base camp(Orinoco Delta Lodge)
Day 13 Breakfast. Visit to the school for the Warao kids , sponsored by the Orinoco Delta Lodge. Canoe ride. Lunch and back to Boca de Uracoa or Tucupita. End of service.

Recommendations:
For comfort and better enjoying we recommend 12 Kg for luggage maximum. You can hire a luggage carrier to take your luggage during the walk.
